Mental Performance in the Arts Canada (MPAC) is a community of practitioners, performing artists, educators, students, and researchers who are passionate about mental performance and well-being in the performing arts. MPAC brings together those working in or alongside a variety of artistic domains – including, but not limited to, music, dance, acting, and circus arts.
